Last Dance

Yesterday was the final events for Book Island's 5th Anniversary.  At 2pm SLT, Brendan Shoreland sang and played his guitar at the dance venue.  He performed covers and his own original songs.  I arrived to the dance, which was a Best Period or Historical Costumes theme, when Brendan sang Lovesong by The Cure.  That was my favorite performance of the day.  I also enjoyed it when he sang Vincent by Don McLean.  It sounded like a bedtime story being sang to us.

We salsa danced through the rest of the event.  Even though the anniversary celebrations are over, the limo tour of the sim and treasure hunt will go on until the rest of May.

 

I'm looking forward to another 5+ years of Book Island.
